I was attempting to shift my website to a new domain using wp duplicator and ended up with two blank websites and sleepless nights trying to work out what went wrong. I finally admitted defeat and found Makis who patiently responded to my emails going above and beyond.

I'm based in New Zealand and expected a delay given the time difference but Makis responded within a few hours and the website was up and running the same day.

I will definitely contact Makis again if I run into problems in the future.
